Support Contracts Manager in contract administration from initiation to closure.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, & editing contracts for accuracy & compliance.
• Maintain organized contract records, databases, & filing systems.
• Track milestones, deadlines, & renewals for all contracts.
• Act as a liaison for effective communication between teams & external parties.
• Collaborate with departments for contract creation & management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal, & regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws impacting contracts.
• Address & resolve contract-related issues with stakeholders.
• Generate reports for management or audit purposes.
• Interact with vendors, clients, & external parties to clarify contract terms.
• Build & maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide support in documentation & research during contract negotiations.
• Assist in developing & delivering training programs on contract policies & procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or 0-3 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of contracts is preferred.
- Relevant internship or training is a plus.
- Fast learner (willingness to develop a career in this field).
- Ability to read, understand and analyze contractual documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
