The Role
This role is for a contract negotiator that will be required to review and negotiate technology contracts of lower complexity in a fast-paced environment with the goal of internal stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, internal policy compliance, and corporate goals and objectives.
How you’ll contribute
- Negotiating commercial agreements of lower complexity, including but not limited to software licensing, direct supplier agreements, reseller agreements and other technology agreements, as assigned.
- Working directly with customers, partners and other third parties
- Working closely with the Company’s business units, providing practical contractual guidance, escalating where necessary
- Close coordination with the Company’s accounting function, as well as other functional and compliance departments
- Work with and use the various business and contract management tools required through the offer-to-agreement lifecycle

- 3+ years of experience working with commercial contracts
- Bachelor Degree in business, legal, or similar field
