Job Description

 Procurement and Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process and managing contracts across the organization. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing vendor relationships. The role also involves cost control, risk management, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement and contracts management.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing procurement activities.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
