Regional West Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts & Grants Administrator to support the coordination and management of contracts and grant-related activities across the organization.

This role plays a key part in ensuring contracts and grants are effectively tracked, documented, and aligned with regulatory, financial, and organizational requirements. The position will collaborate closely with all departments throughout the Health System to support the full lifecycle of contracts and grants.

A Day in the Life of the Contracts & Grants Administrator

In this role, you’ll be at the center of keeping contracts and grants organized, moving, and on track. Your day might begin by reviewing upcoming deadlines and checking where contracts or approvals stand, making sure nothing is missed. You’ll coordinate with teams across the Health System to move agreements forward and ensure everything is properly documented.

Throughout the day, you’ll update tracking systems, maintain organized records, and prepare simple status updates that help leadership stay informed. You’ll also shift into grant work—researching opportunities, gathering information, and helping pull together applications that support key initiatives across the organization.

At the same time, you’ll keep a close eye on compliance—monitoring timelines, identifying gaps, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep important processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, grants, finance, compliance, or related administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience tracking approvals, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
