We are looking for a Contracts Analyst based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to join our Global Legal team and support the business as we continue to grow.
What you’ll doBe the first pair of eyes and legal owner of commercial contract reviews across the Group.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, intra-group agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
Monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Group to gather required information and ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution.
Ensure that all contracting processes comply with relevant legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Strong academics in Law with a genuine passion for contract law and its practical application in a business context.
At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role.
Ability to review and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions and governed by foreign laws.
Self-starter mindset - work independently with a strong drive to deliver complete, high-quality outcomes and excellent attention to detail.
Hands-on, curious approach to staying ahead of legal and regulatory developments.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a similar position within financial services and in a global environment.
German language skills.
