What You Will Do:


We are seeking a Contracts Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and drafting contracts for business pursuits, development programs, and product orders. You will also be assigned responsibility for a set of customers with whom you will interact on contractual matters. You will be a source of information on the company’s contractual relationships with customers, and you will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable laws and regulations.


This onsite position with hybrid flexibility is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report to the Senior Manager of Contracts Administration.


How You Will Do It: 

  • Review, negotiate, and draft complex commercial and government contracts with domestic and foreign customers.
  • Analyze contractual terms and monitor Astronautics and customers’ performance against contracts.
  • Advise on business issues relating to contractual requirements.
  • Administer the execution of contracts and purchase orders with customers.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, including certifications, representations, and terms and conditions.
  • Assist in the administration of the export compliance program. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to Astronautics’ contractual relationships with customers.
  • Provide interdepartmental support.
  • Utilize and manage customer orders in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) database.

What We Look For:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering or another related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and/or government contract terms and conditions or alternatively, recent course and intern work in this area.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. (A writing sample will be required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.’
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Desired

  • Familiarity with export regulations.
  • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Skills Required
