Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, including leases, vendor agreements, and business transactions
- Track key dates, obligations, and deliverables across all agreements
- Analyze contract terms, identify risks, and support negotiations
- Maintain contract records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date
- Partner with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives and financial parameters
- Coordinate with outside counsel on complex agreements and litigation support

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Preferred Background
- Experience in commercial contracts, leasing, or litigation support
- Familiarity with contract management and document management systems (e.g., Visual Lease, FinQuery)
- Legal or paralegal background is a plus
The pay rate for this position is between $70,304 - $85,000, DOE
