  • Help maintain accurate, audit-ready contract files and contract management systems
  • Coordinate internally with Business Development, Finance, Program Management, and Security to ensure contract terms and timelines are understood and fulfilled
  • Assist with annual reporting requirements, contract closeout documentation and compliance tracking
  • Review contracts for basic compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations under supervision

What You’ll Accomplish in Your First Six Months

  • Gain working knowledge of System High’s contract portfolio, processes, and regulatory framework
  • Take responsibility for tracking deliverables and maintaining organized, accurate contract records for our subcontract portfolio
  • Support at least one proposal submission or contract modification effort from start to finish

  • Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations and contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to learn

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community contracts
