David Weekley Homes has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Legal Team as a Contracts Administrator. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter critical dates on land contracts; track changes and updates.
- Process payment requests.
- Perform related copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.
- Update sales contract forms and data as directed by Legal Department
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Ideal Candidate will also Possess:
- Basic knowledge of real estate contracts
- Attention to Detail
- Computer Literacy, including Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Communication and organizational skills
- Working with a Team and responding to time-sensitive requests
Work Location: This is an on-site position at our Houston headquarters located near the intersection of I-10 Katy Freeway & 610 W Loop N Freeway
