Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Subcontracts Administrator with 2+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of contract activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
We are also seeking someone who has a desire for growth within our Contracts team and wants to learn how to develop a leadership mindset.

What does this mean to you? To be successful in the role, our desired candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field plus 2+ years of clearly demonstrated Department of Defense contract administration experience.

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret clearance or must be able to obtain one.
