*** In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National ***Responsibilities:
- Contract drafting & review – Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance monitoring – Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.
- Documentation management – Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence.
- Coordination with stakeholders – Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years’ work related experience - High School.
- • Minimum 4 years’ work related experience - Diploma.
- Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
- Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
