About the Role:

  • The Contracts Administrator will assist the Legal department with contract review, running reports in Salesforce, maintaining contract related systems, and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Sr Contracts Administrator, this role will work closely and collaboratively with attorneys and the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be diplomatic, patient, a team player, dedicated, and self-motivated.
  • Duties will include working closely with a team of Contract professionals led by the Senior Director of Contracts in reviewing NDAs, quotes/orders, and SOWs to facilitate the Sales process. You will also manage the day-to-day department operations issues, especially regarding the Contract Lifecycle Management system, SpringCM ("CLM") and will be responsible for running reports in Salesforce related to sales and contract metrics. You will assist Sales and other CrowdStrikers with their legal request issues and "fixing" and/or answering their questions regarding Salesforce and CLM. In this role you will also manage ongoing development of the CLM system for improvements and to meet the Legal Department's needs and will assist other Legal team members with legal requests, obtaining signatures, and other miscellaneous tasks.


What You'll Do:

  • Function as a direct line negotiator, draft, and finalize Statements of Work, Order Schedules, and NDA's with CrowdStrike customers and partners.
  • Ensure that contractual terms and provisions meet and follow corporate processes, guidelines, and policies with a strong attention to detail.
  • Have or gain a strong proficiency in SpringCM and run reports in Salesforce and understand its operations.
  • Interact with CrowdStrike Legal and company cross functional teams (i.e., sales, finance, services operations, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure that the company legal and financial positions are maintained and approved in CrowdStrike agreements.
  • Utilize contract playbooks and instructions, and follow associated fall-back language as provided by Legal.
  • Be eager to work with Sales and Alliances maintaining a helpful and positive demeanor.


What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years of contract related legal experience in a similar job, preferably with a technology company with software or software-as-a-service offerings, and professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to review, spot issues that could negatively impact the organization and negotiate (following guidelines) statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and other documents.
  • Good understanding of IT industry, software products and professional services, the sales cycle, and general business practices.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally. Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google documents and sheets and an eagerness to learn new applications.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, DocuSign, and Contract Lifecycle Management databases, with experience running reports in Salesforce.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $55,000 - $95,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
