Priority tasks for this engagement are contract administration, subcontract renewals and certifications, and support for LCG’s corporate audit.

The ideal candidate is an experienced federal contracts professional who can step in quickly, manage a defined workload with minimal ramp up, and deliver results within a short engagement.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute contracts and track key milestones and deadlines.
  • Prepare, send, and monitor correspondence on contractual obligations; keep contract files complete and meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual contract reporting requirements on time.
  • Complete subcontract renewals, including review of terms, flow down clauses, and required updates.
  • Prepare, update, and submit required company certifications and representations.
  • Gather and organize contract documentation in response to audit requests, and identify and correct gaps in contract files.
  • Administer the contract lifecycle from start to close out, ensuring compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Work with Finance, Growth, Proposals, and project management to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Support the contracts sections of proposals in partnership with the Growth and Proposal teams.
  • Negotiate Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements with guidance from LCG Leadership, and manage the review, drafting, issuing, flow down, and interpretation of contract documents.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Analyze contracts to identify risks, discrepancies, and improvements, and recommend actions to management.
  • Serve as the point of contact between LCG departments and external parties during negotiations.
  • Work across departments to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency.
  • Report contract status, obligations, risks, and proposed solutions to project teams, the Project Management Office (PMO), Accounting, HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing the full contract and subcontract lifecycle for a government contractor or in a similar role.
  • Experience creating, negotiating, reviewing, and tracking contract documents before and after award, through execution and close out.
  • Experience managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and cost type contracts.
  • Ability to use data to track contract performance, inform decisions, and report metrics.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically, and to apply policies, processes, and procedures to manage contract services.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience supporting internal stakeholders, customers, partners, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week from November 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with General Services Administration (GSA) tools, including GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, and the eOffer/eMod portal; maintaining price lists, adding Special Item Numbers (SINs), and uploading through online portals.
