What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for a highly experienced product designer with deep expertise in design systems, a strong eye for visual design and craft, and experience scaling a new design system while collaborating closely with front-end engineers and the product design team.
This is a hands-on contractor role focused on executing design on our platform pages, as well as evolving our existing design system.

• Design full pages on our product platform with the new design system’s components

• Redesign and refine components (paper cuts) with attention to detail and craft

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-quality output

How You'll Make an Impact

• Senior-level experience in design systems work (preferably at scale)

• Strong visual design skills — typography, color, spacing, UI craft

• Track record of refining and evolving systems within established product environments

• Experience partnering with engineering on implementation

Engagement:

• Freelance/Contractor (10-20 hours per week)

• Remote, flexible collaboration with our core product design team
