Being a part of the RAC Roadside Operations team is about building and maintaining strong relationships with our contracted business partners to ensure the delivery of quality, timely and safe services to our members.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Senior Manager Roadside Delivery and working in a fast-paced team environment, the role encompasses an array of responsibilities within the contractor management space, including:
Strong relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
Management of service delivery models
Ensuring contract compliance
Delivery against contractual requirements and KPI`s
Dispute resolution
Oversight of operational matters
Risk management
What are we looking for in you?
In addition to sharing our values and behaviours with passion, to be successful in this role you will have:
A strong understanding of operations within a contractor model
Proven interpersonal relations, demonstrated in liaising and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated evidence of being a team player in a fast paced, dynamic, multi tasked environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally including a high level of attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
Flexibility to travel to various sites when required
Previous experience in a contractor/operations management environment will be highly regarded
Current WA driving licence is essential
Demonstrated ownership and accountability
Practical experience in Microsoft Office and general system applications
Diploma of business (or equivalent) is desirable
Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable
