As a Contractor – Energy Data Management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of energy invoice data that powers critical business insights. What You’ll Do
As part of the Global Data Management team, you’ll work closely with Energy Data Analysts to support the end-to-end lifecycle of energy invoice data. Your focus will be on ensuring data integrity and freeing up analysts to focus on more complex, value-added tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize energy invoices and data from global suppliers
- Manually process invoice data using our in-house software
- Run reports to identify and resolve missing or incomplete data
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Upload validated data into internal systems
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
What You Bring
We’re looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in structured environments and enjoy working with data.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional European languages a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Previous experience in data or analytical roles is a plus, but not required
