(Contractor) Demo Engineering Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual for a temporary Demo Engineering role. This position will involve creating and updating demo content in our demo tools and environments. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of web technologies and programming and markup languages. This role reports to both Senior Director, Strategic Solutions & Presales(based in Tokyo) and the Global Demo Engineer(based in Tel Aviv, Israel). Your primary goal is to regularly update demo content for the Japanese market and create new content, as well as localize global demo content.

What You'll Own

• デモサポート: WalkMe Shieldを通じてデモの問題をサポートし、トラブルシューティングを行います。 
• デモドキュメンテーション: デモのドキュメンテーションやビデオの開発と改善を支援します。 
• ローカライゼーション: グローバルなデモコンテンツをローカライズします。
• Demo Support: Provide support and troubleshoot demo issues via WalkMe Shield.
• Demo Documentation: Assist in the development and improvement of demo documentation or videos.
• Localization: Localize global demo contents

What You Need to Succeed

• HTML、CSS、JavaScript、JSONの高度な知識。 
• ビジネス英語の会話およびライティングスキル。 
• グラフィカルユーザーインターフェース（GUI）の理解。 
• 細部に注意を払い、チームプレーができること。
• 人工知能の基本的な概念の理解。 
• 日本語が流暢であること。
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Business English speaking and writing skills.Understanding of graphical user interfaces (GUI).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts.Fluent in Japanese

Additional Information

• 勤務スケジュール: 週4日、1日8時間。
• 週3日（月火水）は東京オフィスでの勤務が必要です。
• Work schedule: 4 days a week(Mon,Tue,Wed), 8 hours a day.
• Required to work in the Tokyo office 3 days a week.
