The Contractor Analyst, Marketing is responsible for providing operations support and business management project work for Brazil Marketing. This position is also responsible for the development, implementation and management of specific marketing projects.
The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on marketing matters.

The Contractor Analyst, Marketing supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support the promotional review process, inclusive of: coordination and tracking of promotional item submissions, managing meetings, ensuring comments are captured and incorporated, status communication with all functional groups and agencies, monitor material expiry dates.

  • Support projects, launches, meetings and events including facilitation, assembly and coordination.

  • Support  the management and coordination of all activities related to the national and regional congresses, inclusive of identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing material logistics and coordinating creative deliverables.

  • Support  the management and organization of mini-meetings and events related to the sales force (KAM), from hiring speakers and sending materials for the event.

  •  Ensure the organization of the department's budget and management of activities.

  • Processing of service contracts, work orders, purchase orders, invoice and third-party transactions using approved company systems Support customer and reporting activities for the department.

  • Manage literature inventories. Digital document management (typing, preparation/distribution of correspondence, simple spreadsheet design/maintenance, preparation of presentations).

  • Responsible for department filing/archiving system (organize new files, purge old files).

  • Coordinate and implement administrative functions for departmental needs.

  • Support digital initiatives:  management of disease awareness websites & social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Spotify)

  • Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar discipline

  • Experience required in marketing or in a related capacity in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

  • Experience in the rare diseases segment would be a plus

  • Demonstrated proficiency using the advanced functionality of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

  • Familiarity of approval processes in the pharmaceutical industry including but not limited to marketing promotional material.

  • Advanced level of English is mandatory

  • Basic level  of Spanish (desirable)

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment consisting of internal and external team members.

  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
