Commitment: Contract / Freelance (20–30 hours/week 6 month)

As part of that evolution, we’re seeking a motivated and versatile Visual Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a designer ready to level up—someone who’s confident in the fundamentals, excited to take ownership of day-to-day design work, and eager to grow their creative skills in a fast-moving environment.
As a Visual Designer, you’ll support a variety of brand, marketing, and web initiatives—from polishing graphics for social media to exploring campaign concepts. You’ll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional stakeholders to bring the Docker brand to life across digital channels.
This isn’t a production-only role—but it does require someone who can roll up their sleeves and deliver without ego. If you love making good things better, learning by doing, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to meet you.
ResponsibilitiesDesign assets for marketing, web, social media, events, and presentations
Translate creative direction into high-quality visuals across multiple formats
Contribute to landing pages and microsites alongside senior designers
Ensure brand consistency and visual polish across all deliverables
Help evolve and maintain our design systems and asset libraries
Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to support launches and campaigns
3–5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or digital design roles
A strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Familiarity with responsive design and web best practices
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage your own time and deliverables
Bonus: Experience with motion design, presentation design (Keynote, Google Slides), or developer-facing brands
