About the Role
Dandy is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter Contractor to join our team. The Recruiting team manages all end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experiences, and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you will provide an exceptional candidate experience for the machine learning team in a rapidly growing company. What You'll Do

Collaborate with our Machine Learning engineering leadership team to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, source and cultivate relationships with candidates, create positive interview experiences, and oversee the offer process.

Develop innovative recruiting strategies and proactively establish a strong pipeline of diverse A+ talent across all levels through research, social media, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to meet hiring goals.

Act as a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing compensation guidance, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment funnel.

Generate and deliver weekly data-driven insights to business leaders to elevate and refine our recruiting processes and strategies.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a specific focus on machine learning and 3D geometry, working with hiring managers and closing candidates across software engineering roles of various levels

Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from grad students and principal Engineers

Experience hiring globally. You will be sourcing for candidates across: EMEA, LATAM and North America

Excellent networker and understands how to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions

Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices

Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
