Supports users, ensures efficient contract processes, maintains data integrity, and enhances system functionality to align with business and compliance requirements. Partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to streamline contract workflows and reporting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Provides day-to-day oversight and support of the CLM system with responsibility for supporting system users, maintaining data quality, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with process improvements within procurement services.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for CLM system users
  • Administers and maintains the CLM platform, in partnership with IT, including user access, roles, and permissions
  • Maintains contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval hierarchies
  • Monitors system performance and ensures optimal functionality
  • Troubleshoots system issues, resolves user-reported problems, and escalates complex technical issues to IT or the vendor as needed
  • Partners with IT for upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Participates in system testing, upgrades, and new module implementations
  • Performs regular audits and data quality checks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of contract data
  • Develops and maintains reports and dashboards related to contracts, spend, suppliers, and procurement activities
  • Assists in tracking contract expirations or renewals, ensuring procurement and the business unit leaders are informed
  • Creates and maintains training materials, job aids, and system/process documentation
  • Develops and delivers training and guidance on system functionality, procurement processes, and best practices
  • Evaluates and optimizes contract workflows, templates, and approval processes
  • Ensures contract processes, including the CLM system workflows, comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support complex systems quickly
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail/data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration, supply chain management, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or CLM system support (e.g., Coupa, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Ironclad) required.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and document management required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Workday ERP and Icertis CLM System preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, EQUIPMENT USAGE, WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Position is relatively sedentary in a normal office administrative environment involving minimum exposure to physical risks.  Will use office equipment such as a computer/laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a general workstation set-up.
