Contract Support Specialist
KEITH is looking for a Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services. What you'll do:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including preparing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and forms.
- Review financial documentation, including purchase orders and invoices, to ensure accuracy, perform internal checks and balances, and provide documentation for audit purposes.
- Follow up on special assignments, projects, and related tasks to ensure timely completion by established deadlines.
- Prepare documents and agendas for project meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients, partners, personnel, and research matters.
- Provide operational and administrative support to various teams and units as needed.
- Utilize project management information systems (PMIS) to track and manage project progress effectively.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project controls or a related role within Engineering, Construction, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency with project management software
- Experience with cost control and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
