The Opportunity

As a Contract Strategy Implementation (CSI) Analyst, you will oversee end-to-end contract operations for diverse customers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves managing customer requests, contract setups, memberships, and payments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Success requires navigating complex processes with precision, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and maintain detailed contract information in various systems with a high degree of accuracy and proficiency.

  • Research and validate customer information for program eligibility.

  • Resolve customer requests and stakeholders’ inquiries comprehensively and rapidly.

  • Calculate, validate, and process customer payments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues, communicate contract and program details to stakeholders and customers.

  • Support training on contracting procedures and systems.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • 1+ years of experience in commercial functions (e.g., operations, contracting, strategy implementation, customer experience).

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, dynamic, customer-focused environment with tight deadlines, focus on speed, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Effective collaborator with problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent time management skills and deep attention to details.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master complex systems and processes, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite applications, AI tools, Microsoft Suite products  experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Preferred

  • Experience in customer facing and sales team facing roles with companies in healthcare, technology, manufacturing or related industry.

  • Knowledge of CRM, revenue management systems and reporting tools that support contract operations.

  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management techniques.

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial functions (e.g., operations, contracting, strategy implementation, customer experience) with demonstrated strengths in communication and issue resolution. 

  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
