We are currently seeking a full time Contract Specialist to join our Legal team located in Atlanta, Georgia. 

The Contract Specialistl will perform a variety of tasks to include but not limited to the following: 

Corporate Contracts: Responsible for database organization of Company’s client and vendor contracts; work closely with Transactional Attorney and Legal Operations to initiate and renew existing client and vendor contracts; track and calendar expiration and renewal deadlines.  Responsible for initial review of vendor contracts and other contracts in furtherance of issue spotting and providing ultimate approval on behalf of the Legal Department.

Drafting: Responsible for drafting amendments, letters of agreement, and other ancillary corporate documents utilized and entered by the Company.

Transactional Projects: Assist Transactional Attorney with business transactions, including M&A, real estate, commercial, financing, and technology transactions.  Assist in matters related to corporate governance for closely held businesses.

Leases: Responsible for database organization of all lease-related documents; work closely with Transactional Attorney to initiate review of potential leases and renew existing leases; track and calendar renewal deadlines

Qualifications

•    Associate's degree required
 •    Bachelor's degree preferred
•    Minimum of two (2) years of related experience 
•    Strong organization skills and ability to navigate a variety of document management and calendaring systems 
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee’s personal information
•    Initiative and problem-solving skills required 
•    Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet related deadlines
