A Better Opportunity 

We are seeking a Contract Senior Designer with a strong background in performance-driven design to join our team. In this role, you will lead and create impactful designs across paid media channels and platforms, driving measurable results through your work. Your focus will include designing for social media ads, landing pages for conversion rate optimization, display banners, email marketing, and video assets, ensuring all creative aligns with performance goals. 

As part of the Growth team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging and high-converting creative assets that support our mission to make homeownership more accessible. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance-focused creative assets for paid media campaigns, including social media ads (static and video), display banners, and landing pages optimized for conversions. 
  • Design and optimize email marketing templates to drive engagement and improve click-through rates. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Communications, and Product, to ensure creative assets meet business objectives and brand standards. 
  • Implement and iterate A/B testing strategies for creative elements to enhance conversion rates and overall performance. 
  • Translate data and performance insights into actionable design improvements. 
  • Prototype designs using tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, or similar software to bring innovative ideas to life. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing for innovation and modern storytelling techniques. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. 

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of visual design experience within an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and paid media. 
  • Portfolio showcasing performance-driven design for platforms such as social media, landing pages, email, and display advertising, demonstrating measurable business impact. 
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar software. 
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition. 
  • Experience designing and testing landing pages optimized for user experience and conversions. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
