Position Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
- Manage interview logistics, including setting up video conferencing or in-person interviews, sending calendar invites, and confirming interview details with candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Send follow-up emails, interview reminders, and feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters with posting job ads on various job boards and tracking applications.
- Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, gathering required documentation, and setting up onboarding meetings.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by communicating onboarding details and helping them navigate the initial steps of their employment.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as managing recruitment-related paperwork, organizing files, and maintaining recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level role; 0-1 year of relevant experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support (internships or work-study experience are welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in ATS Greenhouse required
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism.
