Leads construction safety programs across active U.S. job sites, ensuring OSHA and client compliance. Responsibilities include developing safety plans and hazard analyses, conducting inspections and investigations, delivering training, managing subcontractor safety, tracking safety metrics, supporting emergency drills, and partnering with project leadership. Requires extensive construction safety experience, OSHA expertise, and frequent travel to project sites.

Conduct onsite machinery and operational risk assessments for industrial and automated equipment. Identify hazards, evaluate safeguards, review compliance with standards, produce technical reports and risk registers, recommend risk-reduction measures, and perform validation & verification of implemented controls during short-duration international deployments.

Perform onsite machinery and operational risk assessments across industrial and automated equipment. Identify mechanical, electrical, ergonomic, and operational hazards; review guarding, controls, and standards compliance; produce technical reports, risk registers and corrective actions; and conduct validation & verification of implemented safeguards during short-duration international deployments.

Plan and implement plant maintenance systems (CMMS/Maximo), develop PM/PdM programs, create asset hierarchies and spare-parts strategies, lead corrective and predictive maintenance, analyze reliability KPIs (MTBF/MTTR/PM compliance), manage vendors and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/5S/Six Sigma tools.
