Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a mid-level Recruiter to help Vestwell expand by hiring top-notch Operations, Services, and G&A roles in our New York or King of Prussia office. In this role, you'll partner with leadership teams to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. You'll own search strategy and sourcing approach, advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and selection decisions, and negotiate and extend offers to candidates. You will also ensure data integrity in Rippling (our HRIS) and Greenhouse (our ATS) and advise and influence hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions. To ensure success, the Recruiter should have a demonstrable track record in hiring talented candidates across business functions. Outstanding recruiters study metrics to track recruitment successes and identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
What Will You Be Doing?
Day-to-day you will be expected to:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for entry to Senior Manager level Operations, Services, and G&A roles.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies in consultation with hiring managers, advising them on market conditions, compensation, and selection decisions.
- Determine the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process for each search.
- Negotiate and extend offers to candidates.
- Develop recruitment marketing strategy and campaigns that position Vestwell as an employer of choice.
- Select and advertise positions via suitable recruitment platforms and networks.
- Ensure data integrity in Greenhouse and Rippling and use recruiting metrics to improve the hiring process.
Requirements

- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience working with internal and external clients with competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships across functions and levels
- Industry knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools as needed; proactive in learning independently and applying to on-the-job scenarios
- Hunger and drive to grow into a talent acquisition expert for Vestwell
- Proficient in recruiting ATS platforms; preferably Greenhouse

This role will be based in our New York or King of Prussia office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.
This role will be hired on a W-2, contract-to-hire basis of up to 3 months, with the potential to extend and/or convert to full-time employment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $70K - $85K base. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.
