Inspire Young Minds. Build Your Career. Make an Impact.

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow, learn, and thrive? At Inspire Early Education, we create a joyful, inclusive environment where both children and educators flourish.

Inspire Early Education is a leading provider of nursery, preschool, and pre-kindergarten programs across the United States. With over 70 schools nationwide, we are committed to nurturing curiosity, inspiring growth, and building strong educational foundations for children.

Inspire's eleven (11) Ohio schools currently carry 53+ open positions — roughly half of the company's total vacancies nationwide. The Contract Recruiter is a focused, metrics-driven role created to close that gap fast: owning full-cycle recruiting for these 11 schools and driving vacancies down from 53+ to 15 or fewer within three months. This is a dedicated sourcing-and-hiring sprint.

The Contract Recruiter's entire book of business are these 11 schools' open teacher and staff positions, worked with the pace and intensity the vacancy rate requires. This will be an hourly position at $25/hour plus an incentive opportunity of up to $3,600.

What You’ll Do:

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Pipeline Management

  • Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management — for all open teacher and staff positions across the 11 targeted schools, driving vacancies from 53+ to 15 or fewer within three months.
  • Build and manage a multi-channel sourcing pipeline (job boards, social, referrals, local and community partnerships) tailored to each school's specific openings.

Director & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with School Directors at each targeted school to understand role requirements and hiring urgency and keep them updated on pipeline status and next steps.
  • Coordinate with the VP of Human Resources and Ohio District Manager(s) on offer approvals, compensation questions, and escalation of hard-to-fill roles.

Speed-to-Hire & Reporting

  • Streamline scheduling, follow-up, and candidate communication at every stage of the funnel to reduce time-to-fill across the 11 schools.
  • Track and report weekly progress against the vacancy-reduction target by school, flagging roles at risk of missing the three-month goal.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, multi-site, or education/childcare environments. (Required)
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and referral networks.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage a high volume of open roles across multiple locations at once.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and School Directors.
  • Comfortable working independently on a focused, time-bound contract assignment with a defined start and end date.
  • Based in or able to work from the greater Cleveland, OH area, with reliable transportation for regular travel to school sites.
  • Experience recruiting for early childhood education, K-12, or childcare roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, high-turnover environment.
