JumpSeat is a hybrid creative agency advisory organization. We work alongside B2B marketing and revenue-generating teams in the US to drive financial growth and success for our clients across various business focus areas including sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, operations, and enablement.

Our team has an opening for a Contract Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for one of our biggest clients. This is a 2-month, full-time contract position based in Argentina.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for high-priority sales positions, working closely with JumpSeat leadership to identify, attract, and place top talent. You will work in partnership with our leadership team who drive client communication, while you focus on delivering exceptional recruiting results. As the dedicated recruiting resource for this critical client engagement, you can expect to lead sourcing strategies for sales roles, coordinate interview processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

- We are a fully remote, diverse team distributed across the US and Latin America. We have a core team and rely on a trusted network of freelancers who work with us regularly. Our ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and ensure timely progress while working across time zones and working styles.

- We work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. JumpSeat team members must feel comfortable managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to execute across a wide range of recruiting functions – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

- We act as an extension of our client's team. This individual will work in partnership with JumpSeat leadership who serve as the primary client contacts, supporting the recruiting process by sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Wherever possible, they should provide valuable insights and recommendations to support long-term client success.

- We collaborate to drive continuous improvement: this role will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders on activities that include recruitment planning, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and hiring strategy optimization.

WHAT TO EXPECT ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Full-Cycle Recruitment (85-90%):

- You will manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance for multiple sales positions simultaneously.

- You will source and identify qualified sales candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.

- You will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, sales experience, cultural fit, and interest level.

- You will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

- You will maintain detailed candidate records and provide regular pipeline updates to JumpSeat leadership.

Partnership & Communication (10-15%):

- You will work in close partnership with JumpSeat leadership to drive effective communication and alignment on recruiting priorities.

- You will provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and hiring progress to the JumpSeat team.

- You will share market intelligence and insights on sales talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape.

- You will collaborate with the JumpSeat team to refine and optimize recruiting strategies based on results.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English required.

- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency, corporate recruiting, or startup environment. Experience recruiting for US-based positions is highly valued.

- Strong familiarity with sales hiring processes and roles including Account Executives, Sales Directors, and related sales positions is a plus.

- Experience recruiting for marketing roles is also a plus.

- Proven ability to manage multiple sales requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Strong sourcing skills with expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and creative outreach techniques to identify top sales talent.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

- Strong time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently. No task is too small and leaves no stone unturned.

- The ability to quickly learn about new industries, roles, and client requirements.

- Experience providing and receiving constructive feedback from team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

- Duration: 2 months, full-time

- Location: Argentina (Remote)

- Schedule: Full-time hours with flexibility to accommodate US time zones as needed

- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
