Key Responsibilities
As a Project Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing projects contracts, identify, tracking and reporting all the concerned contractual aspects from contract award up to the commercial operation date.
Performing contract summary, transferring contractual documents and awareness about any residual known commercial risks within the contract to the Project Team. This includes also the identification of contractual provisions, which the Project should transfer to vendors, subcontractors and/or partners.
Ensuring the Project Team properly archive the contractual documentation and key project correspondence.
Supporting the project team to formalize contract variations, whenever risks/opportunities having impact on project costs occur.
Assist the PM/PD and the other members of the Project Team in handling the contractually relevant matters and drafting the key correspondence concerning contractual matters.
Support the project teams in addressing and resolving contractual disputes and/or claims avoiding legal escalation and unlocking payments and unbilled milestones, including finalization and execution of settlement agreements.
Keep project claims tracker fully update, allowing periodic release of contract management metrics/KPIs
Monitor the overall financial projects exposure, relevant to projects under your management, in terms of outstanding payment, unbilled and bank guarantees.
Assist PD in preparation of claim negotiation up to the final settlement, assuring coordination with legal to define the most favorable and protective final settlement agreements.
Inform promptly the contract mgmt. ldr and legal dept when disputes with Clients and partners are likely to result in litigation proceedings.
Support the contract mgmt. ldr and legal dept in the management of litigation proceeding.
Identifying, tracking and addressing to the commercial department any contractual lesson learned identified during the project execution.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Law with Technical background of Oil&Gas or Energy products
Show analytical skills on contractual clauses and knowledge of contracting methods, contract forms, drafting terms and conditions.
Display Early Dispute Resolution and claims negotiation experience, with solid interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)
Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills from a global-matrix environment
Demonstrate ability to work with remote teams and to deliver while handling large numbers of diverse tasks

For Italy:The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
