We at Ericsson invite trailblazers to join our team as a Contract Manager. This distinct role offers an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for leading the contract negotiation process, forming alliances with our Customer Unit, Core 3 roles, and legal affairs. The Contract Manager also breathes life into our contract management lifecycle, opening possibilities for creativity and innovation.
What you will do:
- Drive the creation of long-term contract strategy - Identify customer risk profile, characterize deviations from business-critical TandC and sales guidelines, analyze potential long-term strategies to reduce contract risk and improve TandC, make recommendations for long-term contract strategies, and ensure inclusion of these strategies in account plans and commercial strategies.
- Drive contract evaluation - Perform review of relevant proposal or contractual documentation, identify deviations and risky TandC's, make recommendations for improvements, and ensure conclusions are included in sales decision base material.
- Drive the deal specific creation of the contract strategy - Review relevant documents, influence towards wanted contractual TandCs, analyze opportunities and initiate contract risk and gap analysis. Formulate contracting strategy and integrating it into the commercial strategy.
- Ensure conversion of the contract strategy into the proposal - Create contract proposal, capture requirements, identify deviations, escalate discrepancies based on gap analysis, provide input to opportunity analysis and obtain stakeholder review and approvals.
- Drive the drafting, negotiation of the terms, align with sourcing to secure back-to-back with suppliers, escalate deviations and finalization of the contract content.
- Ensure Contract Sign off by authorized signatories, monitor contract obligations, perform contract handover via briefing.
- Develop and drive the planning and execution of contract governance and adherence to it by managing contract risk, change control, and initiating contract variations when needed in collaboration stakeholders.
- Contract Performance Management - Proactively monitor and ensure contract adherence by customers and suppliers, manage contract execution, negotiate disputes, and contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Drive contract finalization and closure - Ensure resolution of disputed items and pending claims, verify contract obligations, secure compliance with surviving terms, confirm contract completion, manage approval, prepare evaluation report, and document lessons learned for future improvements.
- Drive contract management excellence - provide expert guidance on contracting matters, act as the single point of contact for contractual terms and conditions, setting Contract Management strategy for new contracts, renewals, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Price Manager under Telco organizations is a plus
- With at least 10-15 years of related work experience
- Can work under Hybrid (McKinley Taguig office)
