Contract Management System Analyst III

Position Purpose: Perform final audits on contract language builds and contract creation designs

• Design, develop, and build interview wizard functionality in the contract management system utilizing logic code statements and resolve related issues or questions

• Design and develop reports for all health plans using various tools Review and modify interviews for existing plans to ensure accurate contracts

• Serve as the point of contact for all system issues and contracting processes Lead support calls with the health plans and its users

• Develop and manage ongoing processes and system enhancements

• Serve as the subject matter expert and oversee the design and build of the system functionality to ensure alignment with corporate standards

• Lead special projects involving existing and new business implementation

• Travel to health plans to train users on the contract management system for both existing and new plan implementations

• Audit health plan contracting and system build work as needed

• Develop policies and procedures for the system applications and user support
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of contracting, healthcare operations (i.e. provider data management, provider relations, claims configuration), process management/improvement, data or systems analysis, or application support experience, including 1+ years of contract management system experience OR 3+ years of contracting, healthcare operations (i.e. provider data management, provider relations, claims configuration), process management/improvement, data or systems analysis, or application support experience.

Saint Louis, MO is the preferred location for this position, but the hiring leader will consider qualified candidates elsewhere in the United States if they are open to occasional travel.
