ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek a Contracts Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE IEW&S for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of contracts for a Department of War customer.  Additionally, you will be responsible for:
  • Development, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Requirement Packages, Statements of Work and other program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews.
  • Assisting in the development of obligation plans, P&R Forms and Program Objective Memoranda.
  • Tracking deliverables, CDRLs and Monthly Reports.
  • Developing supporting briefings.
  • Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
  • Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products.
  • Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment. 
  • Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.

Required Qualifications:
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters's degree in a related field and five (5) years of experience
  • Documented experience in the DoD 5000 acquisition process, supporting the development and implementation of contracts and related acquisition documentation.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of federal contracting.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are essential. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Have the ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with procurement of materials in support of government contracts
  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in GFEBS, DODI 5000.02, and the JCIDS process
