What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Contract Lead to oversee contract execution for Data Linkage Services. This is a hybrid full‑time position located in Bethesda, MD.
Lead contract execution and oversight for data linkage activities
Provide expertise in managing large, complex datasets and multi‑way data linkages
Oversee compliance with contract scope, quality, and performance requirements
Support communication with Government stakeholders and program leadership
Ensure linkage activities meet data governance and security requirements
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in health services, social sciences, economics, behavioral research, or related fields
Minimum of Five (5) years of experience as a task lead on projects
Experience working with CMS data and complex data linkages
Technical background in statistical analysis and IT systems
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.
