Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution? We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Contract Manager to support key People Operations initiatives.

As the Contract HR Manager, People Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll, benefits, and employee relations functions while supporting employees and leadership through an important period of growth and transition.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and oversee payroll administration utilizing UKG Pro.
  • Manage benefits administration, including employee inquiries, enrollment activities, and open enrollment processes.
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and employment regulations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate HR data and reporting.
  • Support compensation and benefits-related initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities and other general HR functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro is required.
  • Experience managing annual open enrollment and employee benefit programs.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification, preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-state employee populations, preferred.
  • Background in compensation, HRIS administration, or workforce analytics, preferred.
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance and Payroll teams, preferred.
