At a Glance:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting shop and office operations by tracking and processing all rig inventory updates, service reports and work instructions. The Administrative Coordinator will also support the daily operations of the front office as directed by the Business Operations Manager.

Duration: Contract minimum of 6 months with potential for conversion to full-time hire

This position is expected to be filled in Houston, Texas and will work at the Houston Rig-Up Yard.
What you will do:

Handling of department mail.

Provides purchasing support, follow-up on outstanding purchase orders and invoice discrepancies

Review expense reports in Concur system
-
Assist with expense reports, receipts, and Concur issues
-
Handle corporate credit card requests
-
Assist with corporate credit card difficulties
-
Book and track room reservations at hotels
-
Review and code invoices in Viper
-
Submit office supply orders through Flexshop and Office Depot
-
Assist with Community Volunteer & Donation projects
-
Update office contact list as needed
-
Update e-mail distribution lists in Outlook
-
Answer main phone lines
-
Assist walk-ins
-
Work on special projects as assigned

What you need:

Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage work based on importance
