Job OverviewThe role will support the design, planning, and execution of employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and key business stakeholders to create meaningful employee experiences, strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee connect, and build a compelling employer brand across internal and external platforms. The role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of key employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including monthly celebrations such as Victory Vibes, quarterly and annual awards, annual conferences, employee events, and employer branding campaigns.QualificationGraduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.3–6 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, employer branding, internal communications, social media, events, or related HR roles.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & Culture InitiativesPlan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar in alignment with the organization’s culture, people priorities, and business agenda.
Conceptualize and coordinate monthly employee engagement and celebration initiatives, including Victory Vibes, employee recognition moments, festival celebrations, wellness activities, and other employee-connect programs.Drive innovative and inclusive engagement initiatives across employees, teams, functions, and locations.Support the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, recognition, and organizational pride.Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to identify employee engagement opportunities and address key employee experience themes.Track participation, reach, employee feedback, and overall effectiveness of engagement initiatives.Managing budgets effectively while ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.Employee Rewards & RecognitionManage the end-to-end execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual employee recognition programs.Coordinate key activities related to Victory Vibes, including nominations, evaluation support, communication, event planning, and recognition collateral.Support the planning and execution of quarterly awards and recognition programs across the organization.Coordinate the annual awards process, including nomination management, stakeholder coordination, jury support, award communication, event planning, and employee experience.Ensure that recognition programs are aligned with organizational values, culture, and desired employee behaviors.Develop creative and engaging ways to showcase employee achievements and success stories.Annual Conference & Large-Scale Employee EventsSupport the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual employee conference and other organization-wide events.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, external agencies, event partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.Support agenda planning, event communication, employee participation, branding, logistics, engagement activities, and post-event feedback.Develop creative employee engagement experiences and communication campaigns before, during, and after major events.Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, trackers, and execution checklists.
Employer BrandingSupport the development and execution of the organization’s employer branding strategy.Identify and curate employee stories, leadership narratives, workplace initiatives, culture moments, and people achievements that strengthen the employer brand.Partner with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and external agencies to create compelling employer branding campaigns.Support participation in relevant employer branding awards, certifications, external forums, and workplace recognition platforms. Help build a consistent and authentic employer value proposition across internal and external communication channels.Track employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements based on engagement and performance insights.Social Media & Digital Employer BrandDevelop and manage an employee-focused social media content calendar in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders.Create engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, including employee stories, culture initiatives, leadership messages, learning programs, employee recognition, events, and workplace achievements.Coordinate with employees, leaders, photographers, and content partners to develop high-quality social media content.Support employee advocacy initiatives and encourage employees to participate in employer branding campaigns.Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant social media metrics.Stay updated on employer branding, employee engagement, workplace culture, and social media trends.Internal CommunicationDevelop engaging communication content for employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, events, and HR campaigns.Create communication plans and campaign materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual people initiatives.Support the development of emailers, newsletters, posters, digital creatives, leadership messages, event communication, and employee stories.Ensure communication is timely, relevant, visually engaging, and aligned with the organization’s brand and culture.
