Job Description

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
2. Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordinating and conducting face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4. Maintaining an updated database of potential candidates for future openings.
5. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
6. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
7. Continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Please note:

• This is a one-year contract position with a six-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
• The role is based in our Pune office, located in Weikfield, Viman Nagar.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with working from the office.

Qualifications

Any Graduate
