Why your role mattersAs our Contract & Data Operations Specialist, you are the engine behind our post-sales execution. Once a customer signs an agreement, you ensure that every detail, technical, commercial, and operational—is correctly translated into our internal systems. This enables our Implementation, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to move quickly and deliver a flawless customer experience.
This role is ideal for a smart, ambitious starter or recent graduate who is detail-oriented, administratively strong, and excited to grow in a tech environment. It’s also the perfect steppingstone into future roles within i3D.net, including Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
Your accuracy and speed directly improve processing times and create a smoother operational workflow across the company.
What you will be doingProcess customer agreements: Review signed contracts and scopes of work, enter all details into Jira, HubSpot, and our internal systems, and ensure everything is complete and accurate.
Create internal workflows: Translate contract details into clear tasks, project items, and handover steps so Implementation, Operations, CS, and Finance know exactly what to do.
Support post-sales operations: Keep customer records up to date, track project progress, prepare closeout documentation, and ensure smooth transitions between teams.
Resolve data gaps: Flag missing information or inconsistencies and work with Sales, PM, CS, and Technical teams to quickly fill in what’s needed.
Improve processing time: Identify bottlenecks in contract workflows, suggest improvements, and help streamline how agreements move through the organization.
Maintain data quality: Ensure consistency, structure, and compliance across all systems, and take ownership of keeping key operational data clean and reliable.
You’ve significantly improved processing speed and reduced bottlenecks in post-sales workflows.
Your accuracy has increased the quality of internal handovers across Implementation, CS, and Operations.
You’ve built strong cross-functional relationships and become the go-to person for contract and data workflow questions.
