Job Summary

Job Description
We are looking for a Contract Manager to work with the Contract Management team in managing the contracts related to the upgrade project. This position will be full-time and onsite in Tallahassee, FL.
What You'll Do

The consultant will work with the Child Support Program’s Contract Management team in managing the contracts related to the upgrade project, which includes the main contract with the software upgrade integrator, IBM, and a contract for independent verification and validation services

The consultant selected will work with, support, and assist the Contract Management team Manager and others involved with the project
What You'll Need
Required:
-
A minimum of 4 years of experience in of contract management or finance experience
-
A minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience monitoring and documenting vendor performance
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience organizing and maintaining contract files
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
-
Knowledge of and experience using Florida’s contract payment system, My Florida Market Place Ariba on Demand (AOD)
-
Knowledge of and experience administering Florida law related to prompt payment, deliverable review and acceptance, and contract monitoring

Experience with deliverable review and acceptance for information technology projects
Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
