What you'll be doing:
Inputting to databases/spreadsheets
Raising purchase orders
Invoicing
Supplier relations
Client interface
Adhering to all H & S
General office duties
What we're looking for:
Proven experience leading, supervising, and supporting a team in a day-to-day operational setting
Strong background in contract administration, commercial support, or a related administrative function, with an understanding of compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and support senior management, fostering a collaborative work environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant business systems

Veolia UK provides solutions for ecological transformation. We are a company of almost 14,000 employees, although we prefer to think of ourselves as “resourcers”.
