Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Can you contribute to incorporate the company strategy and cascade it to the work floor? Are you the one able to make an impact across the whole value chain—from bid preparation and contract negotiation, through project execution and risk control, to final delivery and claims management? - Contract and Risk Management:
- Review contract terms, identify risks, and develop Rights and Obligations.
- Ensure contract-compliant project implementation and track deviations.
- Prepare and manage claims, variations, and support negotiations.
- Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
- Contract Administration and Procurement:
- Implement contract management processes and commercial strategies.
- Handle contractual correspondence and finalize subcontract agreements.
- Provide commercial and financial expertise in negotiations.
- Support procurement with contractual advice.
- Project Management and Reporting:
- Manage customer expectations and stakeholders.
- Report on project status, track scope changes, and expenditures.
- Prepare risk reports and communicate strategies.
- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions.
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain documentation of risk management activities.
- Support audits related to risk management.
- Review and improve risk management processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Mechanics, Electrics, Civil Engineering, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration).
- Professional knowledge of Contract Law.
- 7+ years in risk and contract management in construction/engineering.
- Experience with major infrastructure projects (€200-250 million).
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, PRM, PMI-RMP) is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Significant customer and supplier relationship management.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Desirable:
- Site experience in Construction and Engineering.
- Baggage handling or Construction project procurement experience.
- Scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Experience with international projects.
