The Contract Analyst will report directly to the Accounting Manager with a dotted line to the Branch Manager. This role is critical in ensuring business remains compliant and uninterrupted. The primary focus of this role will be to verify terms and conditions with customer contracts, ensuring bonds and licenses are current, maintaining construction compliance websites, and prepare lien waivers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Job Responsibilities:
· Review contracts, quotes, and purchase orders
· Contractor license and bond application and renewal
· Request/Issue Certificates of Insurance
· Prepare and submit lien waivers
· Monitor compliance sites, such as Avetta, ISNetworld, Appruv, etc…
· New vendor set-up
Other:
· Assist in preparation of periodic reports for management
· Prepare portable reports (weekly/monthly/annually)
· Cross train within the department to be an alternate for various functions
· Quarterly goal setting and accountability
· All other projects as assigned by management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· 1 – 3 years Accounting or Legal background focused in contract review
· Must be able to read and effectively interpret construction contracts and related materials
· Knowledge of the AIA General Conditions for Construction
· ERP navigation and other reporting systems experience a plus
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· Must be organized, operate with accuracy, attention to detail, ability to manage shifting priorities, and be a team player
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally between teams, management, and staff
· Desire to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment.
· Skilled in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Outlook
· Skilled in Adobe products
· Must be available to work in office 5 days per week
