Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Preparation of legal/administrative documentation using company tools for participation in public tenders
- Filing ongoing cases in the document archive
- Managing extensions and renewals following contract awards
- Preparing offers for support services / technology upgrades / replacements / range expansion / price revisions
- Managing consignment accounts.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Education in Law (preferred)
- Teamwork skills
- Organizational skills in managing deadlines/priorities and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in using main IT tools
- Good written and spoken English.
Experience in the healthcare sector: Familiarity with the dynamics of the healthcare industry and public tenders can be an advantage.
