A Day in the LifeThe Americas Pricing & Contracting team is seeking a Contract Analyst to support Enterprise Accounts across the Neuroscience portfolio. This role focuses on the development of strategic commercial offers that support large, complex health system partnerships.Within the Pricing & Contracting organization, this position sits on the Offer Development side of the business. The role partners closely with Enterprise Accounts leadership, field sales, pricing, finance, legal, and marketing to structure competitive and compliant pricing strategies for strategic customers. The position emphasizes commercial strategy, financial analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to help deliver value-based partnerships with major health systems.

- Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
- Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information.

- Support the development of strategic pricing and contracting offers for enterprise health system customers across the Neuroscience portfolio.
- Partner with Enterprise Accounts leadership and field sales to understand customer priorities and translate them into competitive, compliant offer strategies.
- Leverage knowledge of Neuroscience products, portfolio dynamics, and enterprise customer needs to inform pricing strategies and offer development.
- Conduct pricing and financial analyses to evaluate scenarios, market dynamics, and portfolio impact, and provide data-driven recommendations to support enterprise negotiations and long-term account strategy.
- Proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and supporting materials required for internal pricing and contracting approvals.
- Contribute to customer-facing materials and discussions, including enterprise business reviews and strategic presentations with large health system partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Contract Management teams to align commercial strategy with operational execution while supporting responses to bids, proposals, and other strategic customer requests.
Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing equivalent experience
- OR Associate's Degree with 2+ year(s) relevant experience
- OR Baccalaureate Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
