The Contract Administrator is an entry-level role within the Legal Department, responsible for supporting the U.S. Legal team with contract review, drafting, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure efficient agreement execution and effective risk mitigation.
Responsibilities- Review and draft contracts and standardized templates related to new products, product enhancements, master service agreements, NDAs, and related amendments.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, product owners, and subject matter experts to support successful agreement execution while effectively mitigating legal and business risk.
- Conduct quality reviews of incoming client contracts to verify completeness, accuracy, and required approvals prior to final execution.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, Audit, Finance, and senior leadership to streamline and enhance contract management workflows, including tracking and reporting processes.
- Preferably 2 years of contract management experience.
- Law degree or other legal qualification or experience.
Understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and applicable regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Sharepoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint).
