Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives on structure, compliance and collaboration? Join RAC’s Operations team and play a key role in supporting contract administration across Motoring & Home Services and Tourism.
Reporting to the Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager within Strategy & Innovation, this role is pivotal in ensuring supplier contracts are managed effectively and compliance standards are met.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the administration of supplier contracts across MH&S and Tourism
Maintaining contract and supplier management systems, including data and document control
Coordinating and preparing compliance responses in line with RAC processes
Liaising with Contract Managers to ensure adherence to the Contract Management Handbook
Identifying and driving workflow improvements
Coordinating reporting on contract management initiatives and projects
Assisting with the maintenance of policies, procedures and templates
About you:
Experience in a similar contract administration or support role
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams
Experience in contracts management (desirable)
Confident developing and maintaining business documents and templates
Proficient MS Office Suite
Highly organised, action-oriented and able to prioritise effectively
A collaborative communicator who builds trust and strong working relationships
