What We Do

DC Group delivers one-stop maintenance and emergency service solutions for every make and model of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment built since the 1980s including: Vertiv (Emerson/Liebert), Eaton (Powerware), Schneider Electric (MGE/APC), Mitsubishi, Toshiba, General Electric and many others. Founded in 1991, DC Group is now the #1 independent critical power service and maintenance provider in North America, with service throughout the U.S. and Canada. Where the OEM leaves off, we step in with a massive inventory of OEM-discontinued and rare parts to support older equipment and keep it running at peak efficiency. With DC Group, you get the most from your original UPS investment and replace when it makes sense for your budget.

Our leading-edge PowerTools Suite™ of proprietary software is standard with every maintenance contract. The PowerTools Suite's intuitive and fully mobile power management ecosystem helps clients discover new efficiencies, stay on top of proactive maintenance and communicate instantly regarding their account. It is key to our 100% service completion rate and streamlined, cost-effective service. We save clients an average of 25% or more on their UPS maintenance.

DC Group engineers are all employees, never subcontracted. They have a minimum 7 years of experience in military or OEM UPS service. DC Group engineers are on-site during a UPS event or emergency in record time due to our extensive parts network and dispatch system – we have the largest parts inventory in the industry, over 1 million components.

DC Group has been on Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies list for 9 consecutive years. DC Group was also named in Inc.’s top 100 Minnesota Companies and top 100 Minneapolis Metro Area companies. In 2012, DC Group received Inc.’s special Hire Power award for significant contributions to job growth in the U.S. DC Group has also been recognized locally with the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce’s Best in Business award.
