Contract Administrator
Professional Hygiene Business Unit (Tork)
About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for management of contract in Tork Connect. You will be reporting to the Dispenser Contracts Team Leader.

What You Will Do:
Management of dispenser contracts in Tork Connect (TC)
Processing of contracts and error resolution
Running dispenser contract settlement process in conjunction with related specialist teams
Administration related to new, existing and expiring contracts
Dispenser contract cancellation
Maintenance and update of dispenser's sales agreements in CRM/TC
End customer and distributor dispenser contract query resolution
Check for ROI approvals process adherence
Proof of delivery monitoring for distributor reimbursement claims
Who You Are:
Knowledge of contract administration showcasing due diligence, accuracy and speed of response
Commercial oriented
Analytical skills, data orientation and strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Customer-focused; customer service skills
Team Collaboration, Time Management, Adaptability, Continuous Improvement mindset
Written and oral communication skills
English Language skills are a must
Ability to communicate fluently in Polish, Czech, Slovak, German or Dutch will be considered as additional asset
